Date Yourself Girl! Tip #4

Don’t allow your mind to get too consumed with negative thoughts.  Start a daily meditation, journal, affirmation, or prayer.  This will help you focus on the positive things in your life.  It’s always good to be reminded of your blessings because YOU are a blessing.  And if you need to be reminded that your thoughts can dictate your happiness I suggest you read/watch The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.  This book is a great book to refer to when you need a mental reboot.
