Ladies, working out has been a great self-esteem booster.  After I got a trainer and dropped some unwanted pounds I began to feel good about myself.  My outter appearance was helping boost the way I felt about myself on the inside.  I have to also credit my trainer, Adam "BodyArtist" Sharpe, who pushed and challenged me in ways that I didn't think were possible.  After completing 12 sessions and losing 7 pounds I began trying other ways of meeting my fitness goals.  I changed my diet and even began riding bikes and going to the batting cage, as a source of physical activity.  Ladies, it's time we got off our butts and took better care of ourselves.  Challenge yourself to do something different.  If you don't like the gym hire a personal trainer or take a cycling class, yoga class, or pole dancing class.  Challenge yourself physically and I promise you will become stronger mentally and DYG promotes healthy living for the mind, body, and spirit.
